Pancakes with red berries, plain yogurt and maple syrup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 ml) flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Red berries to taste
  • Maple sugar chips

Method:

  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a salad bowl.
  •  Put eggs at the bottom of the salad bowl and beat.
  • Pour milk in slowly.
  • Mix everything thoroughly, then add the maple syrup.
  • Set aside.
  • Grease or butter your pan.
  • Brown pancake mixture on each side.

Presentation

  • Place pancake on a plate.
    Cover with yogurt and add red berries.
    Top with another cream.
    Garnish with maple sugar chips and decorate with mint leaf.
